Classical massage

• Classical massage is based on thermal and manual action on the skin, muscles and lymphatic vessels. It improves the metabolism, makes the skin more elastic, the muscles more efficient and reduces renewed tension. It has a positive effect on joints, tendons and ligaments and relaxes the body in general.

Foot reflexology

• The reflexology massage is based on the principle that there are areas, so-called reflex points, on the feet and hands that correspond to each organ, gland and structure of the body. By working on these reflex zones, we achieve physical and mental relaxation and at the same time stimulate the whole organism so that the body's own healing mechanisms are stimulated.
