About us

Treatments take place at the main location at the Rosen health center in Liestal or at the Time Out fitness center in Zunzgen with full use of the training areas.

Our patients are between 5 and 95 years old, with a large proportion of athletes to top athletes. We are specialists in individual strength building with free weights in a rehabilitation or preventive setting.

Our physiotherapy department works closely with doctors in the region and the upper Basel area.

Intensive cooperation with sports clinics in the region, where sports medical clarifications, examinations and operations are carried out.

The last therapy session ideally takes place where the patient needs the exercise or has to perform again (football pitch, gymnasium, in everyday situations....).
