This is how our kitchen presents itself!

We mainly use Swiss meat, but we occasionally use products from other origins such as reindeer, elk, bison, poultry, sea fish or game for the sake of culinary diversity.

Whether you want to sweeten your everyday life or toast special events: We have a fine selection of choice wines to suit every occasion, many of which are also available by the glass and in small bottles.
