Brief description
Our home care service, with its qualified, motivated, and qualitatively growing staff, provides the person in need and his or her family with quality of life, daily well-being, health care, and accompaniment to death, while respecting individual needs.
We also offer an innovative service that promotes the maintenance of independence of the elderly and people with bio-psycho-social difficulties in order to prevent institutionalization.
Support, help, and care are combined in an interdisciplinary way to place collaboration and relationship between health care providers, patients, and their families at the center.
Internursing has more than 100 professional staff members, including nurses, geriatric aides, social workers, caregivers, nursing assistants, domestic helpers and caregivers, who are carefully selected, ensuring high quality services.
The service can operate and intervene 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It can supplement basic spitex services, customizing them with accurate private care services.

Philosophy of Care
Our philosophy of care is to assist the person, whether he or she is healthy or ill, in order to recover an optimal state of health and to improve his or her state of health more and more.
According to Internursing caring for a person means first of all respecting, stimulating and enhancing the unfolding of his or her existence.
If the other is welcomed in his or her uniqueness, the one who cares will necessarily have to start from the uniqueness of the person to whom he or she directs this care, this will entail a caring attitude to the other, one of welcoming, listening and unconditioned openness.
We guarantee the right of every patient to receive quality care respecting his or her needs, values , dignity, and the principle to information and consent.
We strive, in order to ensure the involvement of the people significant to him or her.
We guarantee a maximum quality of life by providing tailor-made and/or individualized care according to the health status of the patient. We guarantee attention to the patient s emotions and requests.
We are committed to care and treatment at home where the safety and efficacy of care can be guaranteed without risk to the integrity of the patient and his/her family.
We are also committed to optimizing the resources available in the patient s living environment in order to contain the user s and his/her family s health care expenses.
We prioritize the recovery and/or maintenance of the assisted person's independence in the performance of the acts of daily living.
It is our moral responsibility to work to achieve the well-being of the user and thus not to harm his health and autonomy.
Every decision is made with both the user and his family members in order to optimize the search for solutions and care suitable for the user by performing a careful assessment of the situation.
Sometimes the home care process places limitations on us. We strive to accept them, collaborating with other health care figures and facilities in order to maintain continuity and quality of care.
