Our Geneva-based, family-run company has 50 years' experience in the sales and after-sales service of household appliances, washing and drying equipment for utility laundries, and gastronorm refrigeration/freezing appliances. We work closely with a large number of Geneva-based utilities.

Ready-to-use

 We install the appliances needed to operate your laundry with our prepayment system. Each tenant receives a rechargeable key or electronic card against payment of a deposit. You can choose between two options:

• With new or overhauled appliances at attractive rates

• With your existing appliances, which we will take care to check before putting back into service. By having your appliances taken over, the minimum takings are much lower than if we supplied the appliances, and we credit you 10% of the takings.

Installation with new appliances is free of charge up front. If the minimum collection amount stipulated in your contract is reached, we credit you with 10% of revenues. Refills are made either with your concierge or at one of our refill stations. A statement is sent at the end of each year, and the owner or manager can obtain a control key free of charge on request.

Management

 We install our BM 5002 key or card meter system on your existing appliances:

For payment:the appliances become your property and you manage the revenue with your concierge or PPE manager. A control and recharge key is provided free of charge. We can also manage your laundry by sending you the receipts every six months with a detailed breakdown for each of your buildings. The management fee is 8%

Deferred sale: We install the meters free of charge up front. We collect the revenue until the meters are fully amortized. Once amortized, they become your property without interest or management fees for the duration of the contract.

Our BM 5002 meters are guaranteed for 5 years and if we take care of the management of your laundry (collection and settlement every six months) the maintenance of the meters is free.

Home appliances

We provide after-sales service for all our products but also all brands of home appliances. By calling us on  022.320.57.06, an intervention is carried out within 24 hours or within the day for emergencies.

We carry out repairs with original parts. The technician will establish the cause of the breakdown: if the repair does not exceed 300 Chf and the parts are available in the vehicle, the repair will be carried out the same day with your agreement.

If not, he will inform you of the price of the repair and the availability of parts. A new intervention will be scheduled to put your device back into service. All our services are payable once the work has been completed.

In the commercial sector, it's important to select appliances of the highest quality, both in the refrigeration and washing sectors. Only proven technology will give you satisfaction in daily use. Our appliances meet the highest standards of efficiency and durability.

Extended warranty contracts are available. So you can calculate your long-term investment from the outset, and avoid unnecessary expenditure. After-sales service is provided by our technicians, trained throughout the year by our suppliers. For any request, a technician will visit you free of charge to draw up a quotation to suit your needs.
