Our family business, based in Geneva, has 50 years of experience in the sale and after-sales service of household appliances, washing and drying equipment for communal laundry rooms, and Gastronorm refrigeration/freezing appliances. We work closely with a large number of property management companies in the Geneva area.

Loan for use

We install the equipment needed to run your laundry room with our prepaid system. Each tenant receives a key or rechargeable electronic card in exchange for a deposit. You have two options to choose from:

• New or refurbished appliances at attractive prices

• With your existing appliances, which we will check before putting them back into service. By taking back your appliances, the minimum revenue is much lower than if we supply the appliances, and we credit you 10% of the revenue.

Installation with new machines is free of charge at the outset. If the minimum collection amount specified in your contract is reached, we will credit you with 10% of the revenue. Refills can be obtained either from your concierge or at one of our refill stations. A statement is sent at the end of each year and the owner or management can obtain a control key free of charge on request.

Management

We install our BM 5002 key or card meter system on your existing devices:

Against payment: the appliances become your property and you manage the revenue with your concierge or the PPE manager. A control and recharge key is provided free of charge. We can also manage your laundry room by sending you the revenue every six months with a detailed statement for each of your buildings. Management fees are 8%.

Deferred sale: We install the meters at no initial cost. We collect the revenue until the meters are fully amortized. Once amortized, they become your property with no interest or management fees for the duration of the contract.

Our BM 5002 meters are guaranteed for 5 years and if we manage your laundry room (collection and statement every six months), meter maintenance is free.

Appliances

We provide after-sales service for all our products as well as all brands of household appliances. Call us at 022.320.57.06 and we will respond within 24 hours or on the same day for emergencies.

We carry out repairs using original parts. The technician will determine the cause of the fault: if the repair does not exceed CHF 300 and the parts are available in the vehicle, the repair will be carried out on the same day with your agreement.

If not, they will inform you of the cost of the repair and the availability of parts. A new service call will be scheduled to get your device back up and running. All our services are payable once the work has been completed.

In the commercial sector, it is important to select appliances of the highest quality, both in the refrigeration and washing sectors. Only proven technology will give you satisfaction in everyday use. The appliances meet the highest standards of efficiency and durability.

Extended warranty contracts are available. This allows you to calculate your long-term investment from the outset and avoid unnecessary expenses. After-sales service is provided by our technicians, who are trained throughout the year by our suppliers. For any request, a technician will visit your premises free of charge to provide a quote tailored to your needs.
