HISTORY

In August 1970, Karl Würms founded Würms Bedachungen with two employees. Theo Cavegn became the new owner of the company, which had 3 employees, in January 1988. A tinsmith department was introduced in the same year.

Over the years, other departments were added, such as liquid plastic and concrete drilling and milling. In 1999, the Würms Bedachungen company was transferred to Cavegn Pontresina AG. At peak times, the company employed up to 40 people.

Simon Cavegn worked in the company for the last 10 years and took on more and more work until he finally took over the company completely in 2011. Since 2014, Simon Cavegn has been actively supported by Claudio Filli in the area of management.
