The current family business F. Duttweiler AG was founded in 1932 by Fritz Duttweiler as a sole proprietorship. In 1965, the sole proprietorship was converted into a family-owned stock corporation and his son Gian Adolf Duttweiler took over the management. He expanded the business into a modern and efficient building services company. In 1997, his two sons Gian Andrea and Reto Duttweiler took over the operational management. From 2004 to 2022, Gian Andrea Duttweiler managed the company until he handed over the operational management to Reto Meng and Andri Fanoni in 2023. Together with our approximately 60 employees, we are able to offer comprehensive services. Since the company was founded over 90 years ago, we have enabled young professionals to complete an apprenticeship with us. 

Bauspenglerei:

We carry out all tinsmith work and metal roofs, from single-family homes to large buildings, in our modern building tinsmith workshop. We also produce ornaments and decorative pieces according to your wishes.

With a federally certified master tinsmith, three tinsmith foremen with a federal certificate and well-trained employees, we are one of the best-trained building tinsmith companies in the canton of Graubünden.

Roofing:

Our roofing department carries out all waterproofing and roofing work on the building envelope

Thanks to a building envelope construction foreman with a federal certificate, who became a Swiss master craftsman in the field of pitched roofs in 2009, and with various trained roofers, we also have good know-how in this area.

We are also the right partner for roof maintenance. We clean roofs, replace defective roofing material and can safely carry out various tasks with our lifting platform.

Lightning protection systems:
For your building safety, we create all external lightning protection systems in accordance with SEV standards.

Facades:

Our facade professionals insulate and clad your building according to your wishes.

We process sandwich elements and offer you rear-ventilated façade systems with various types of cladding from metal to fiber cement

Sanitary installations:

Our sanitary department carries out all installations in single-family and multi-family homes, as well as hotels, industry and swimming pools

The project management team is very well staffed thanks to a federally certified plumber, a head plumber with a federal certificate and three plumbing planners. This means that we can respond to any customer wishes and carry them out to their complete satisfaction.

In addition to the usual service work on your domestic installation, we also carry out repair and overhaul work on FABAR coffee machines.

Pipework:
With our long-standing employees, we carry out not only conventional pipework but also pressure pipes for turbines in all approved materials
