The Porrentruy distillery in the canton of Jura is my baby boar, my muse, my life. There I distill your fruits, there I distill mine, and there I invite thirsty boars to hole up and drink."

I put my heart to work, or rather my paw to the still, to distill your fruits in the noblest of ways.

But also to let you taste my precious brandies or to let you seerr my boar's cave, fitted out so well that you'll be able to feast there in groups as well as alone.

This is... my life! My passion for picking and distilling comes from the Jura tradition (well, Ajoulote, obviously).

And from my dad. It was with him, when I was a little girl, that I would roam the orchards in search of the divine fruit...divine fruit from untreated trees, I'd like to make that clear, guys!

No muss, no fuss!

No chemical m**** in my orchard. Because for me, the health of the wild boar and their natural habitat is a priority.

At the same time, I want to make sure that the fruit I grow is of the highest quality.
