My name is Adelheid Sommer and I have been working with the technique of kinesiology, among others, for over 30 years. Get to know me personally - in an initial consultation we will discuss your concerns and needs together to find the cause of your problems.

KINESIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL LIFE COUNSELING

Kinesiology is a holistic, preventative method. It helps to promote and maintain physical, mental and spiritual health, and can also support personal learning potential. For many children, it activates and supports their personal learning potential.

Kinesiology originated in the USA and has been used in Switzerland since the 1970s.

Kinesiology is used for various ailments: Allergies, hay fever, asthma, mental conflicts, stress complaints as well as for learning blocks and dyslexia in children.

The muscle test

The muscle test is an important working tool in kinesiology, which can be used to determine the energy imbalances that can lead to health disorders. It tests the reaction to a stimulus and not the strength of the muscle. The muscle test reflects the state of our energetic balance very well.

The muscle test provides us with information about what support the human body-mind-spirit system needs so that blockages can be resolved and a healthy balance can be restored.

PSYCHOLOGICAL LIFE COUNSELING

In addition to kinesiology, I also offer psychological life counseling for people with depression, burnouts and grief. The main focus is on compassion and listening to empathize with the patient's life situation. 

An individually tailored form of therapy is selected together with the client.
