HOW DOES THE EM Shape X TREATMENT WORK?

During the EM Shape X treatment, the customer lies relaxed on a cosmetic bed. The flat pulse generator of the device is strapped around the area to be treated, for example the abdomen, and the intensity is set, ideally to 100 percent. The effect manifests itself as a strong contraction, which develops into a firm grip lasting several seconds within the next 30 minutes, causing the abdomen to stiffen for a few seconds at a time. Most clients do not find the treatment painful, but it does take a little getting used to at first. Therefore, the intensity should not be set directly to 100 percent at the beginning, but should be increased gradually. However, most customers quickly get used to the feeling of the treatment. In order to achieve the best possible result and maintain it, it is recommended that the first four treatments be completed within a short period of time, ideally within one month, followed by a follow-up session every four to six months. If the customer exercises afterwards, the result will of course be maintained and additionally supported.
After the treatment, some people briefly feel as if they have just completed an intense workout. However, there is no muscle soreness and you are fully socially acceptable again immediately after the treatment. Muscle building usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, fat reduction 8 to 10 weeks.
