My sessions are not reimbursed by health insurance. Psychoanalysis or spiritual counseling are not for sick people. They are for people who seek meaning in life and want to reconcile with their history. Working for one's personal growth and inner healing is challenging, but it is an investment that bears fruit in every area of life. Being more aware, to live better and feel freer, is priceless.

The most common symptoms in our society today are often expressions of a deep inner conflict that is taking place within us: stress, dissatisfaction, lack of motivation, sadness, depression; anxiety, panic attacks, excesses of anger, phobias, obsessions.

These are the problems and dramas of life, which are not solved with medicines--although they are sometimes indispensable crutches--but demand that we stop and finally take care of ourselves, recognizing what our truest needs are and what wounds are in need of healing.

Dreams are a privileged tool for grasping our inner movements.

Spirituality and religiosity are a great resource for our psychic and mental health.

Biography: I was born in Lugano in 1969. Following some painful experiences, since my high school years the question of whether it was really possible to be happy absorbed all my energies. There was an urgent need to find meaning in life and full satisfaction in what I was doing.

I studied economics and history, and during my college years I felt a call to become a priest in the Catholic Church. The pastoral ministry was a very intense and rich life experience, but after having to do several years I had to recognize that in that capacity I could not be fully myself.

In 2017 I left priestly ministry and the following year I began training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich to become a psychoanalyst. After two years of intense work as a spiritual counselor in the EOC Palliative and Supportive Care Clinic (2020-2022), I decided to devote myself full-time to my private practice as a psychoanalyst and spiritual counselor. Since February 2022 I have been collaborating with the IMD-International Institute in Lausanne, where I work as a psychoanalyst with young men and women who want to make an important leap in their professional career by attending an MBA in Management.
