Relaxing massage
Particularly indicated against states of depression, stress or anxiety. The relaxing massage is gentle yet firm. It relieves muscular tension and enables deep relaxation. The therapist tailors her pressure to the patient's needs. Her technique involves a series of different manipulations: effleurage, kneading and friction, which stimulate blood circulation to oxygenate and eliminate toxins, and strengthen the immune system. The effects are remarkable for the fitness of body and mind.
Sports massage
Firm and invigorating, sports massage is a dynamic technique includes kneading, friction and percussion. Performed mainly on the musculature and joints, this type of massage relieves back, muscle and joint pain.
At once preventive, relaxing and therapeutic, it helps combat pre-exercise jitters and stimulate the body; it helps avoid or limit cramps, fatigue and soreness, during sporting activity; finally after exercise, it facilitates recovery and the elimination of toxins.

Fascia therapy
Fascias are highly innervated tissues that extend throughout the body. Connecting all systems (locomotor, visceral, vascular, nervous...) together, they are a communication pathway that globally regulates the body's physiological balance.
When we suffer from chronic pain, injury or have undergone physical or emotional trauma, the fascias tighten, causing tension and adhesions in these tissues. During the therapy session, we'll seek to release these tightnesses and restore movement to the areas concerned, allowing the body to self-regulate.

Specific massages
Anticellulite massage promotes improved blood circulation. It comprises two
phases one manual, the other with the application of glass suction cups.
We also offer other specific massages: visceral massage, centered on the
ventrum and back and which improves digestive function; to which can be added massages of other areas such as the back, the nape of the neck or which combine back and legs or, again, arms and nape of the neck.
Pre-natal massage
Lasting 60 minutes, this deeply relaxing massage is a gentle treatment with neutral oil that releases tension caused by the physical and physiological changes that accompany pregnancy. Positions are adapted, depending on the time of pregnancy and the patient's needs, semi-seated and on her side.
Composed of slow, enveloping gestures, prenatal massage enables you to reconnect with your evolving body and, in so doing, reclaim your sensoriality. It offers a truly cocooning moment for both mother and unborn baby.
