The Igu Beck GmbH was founded in 1995 by Mr. Francis Spiess in Recherswil (Canton Solothurn) and specializes in the production of baked goods without artificial, organic or enzyme-containing baking aids.
Unique production process
We do not use any artificial, organic or enzyme-containing baking aids. We achieve the fine taste and long-lasting freshness of our large and special bread through natural fermentation (leavening and long leavening).
With this process, we not only achieve a good taste and delicious appearance, but also a freshness of three to five days and a moist bread with a bite.
From bread and sandwiches to cakes and pastries
Our range leaves nothing to be desired. We are happy to list a small selection of our range here, which we always prepare fresh and from regional products.
