Igu Beck GmbH was founded in 1995 by Francis Spiess in Recherswil (Canton of Solothurn) and specializes in the production of baked goods without artificial, biological, or enzyme-based baking aids.
Unique manufacturing process
We do not use any artificial, biological, or enzyme-based baking additives. We achieve the delicate flavor and lasting freshness of our large and specialty breads through natural fermentation (kneading and long proving).
This process not only gives our bread a delicious taste and appetizing appearance, but also keeps it fresh for three to five days and ensures it remains moist with a satisfying bite.
From bread and sandwiches to cakes and pastries
Our range leaves nothing to be desired. We are happy to present a small selection of our assortment, which we always prepare fresh and from regional products.
