SINCE 1927 A PASSION FOR MOBILITY ON THE ROAD

The Chiesa family is synonymous with experience and innovation in the public and private transport vehicle sector, with a tradition dating back to 1927. In that year, the Chiesa family became postal contractors, managing the Locarno-Sonogno route. Since then, the passion for engines and transport has been passed down from generation to generation, growing and diversifying.

In 1986, Flavio and Dario Chiesa founded Auto Chiesa SA in Minusio, signing representation agreements for prestigious brands such as Subaru and Rover. Just two years later, in 1988, our company obtained the exclusive representation of Mitsubishi in the Locarno area and valleys, further solidifying our reputation for reliability and quality.

Expansion continued in 1994 with the founding of Auto Flada SA in Riazzino, a Citroën dealership equipped with two state-of-the-art exhibition centers, accompanied by a modern workshop and body shop. Growth and service improvement have always been our goals: in 2003, the Minusio headquarters were moved to Riazzino, adding a diagnostic center and new administrative offices, thus centralizing all activities.

In January 2005, the two companies merged under a single corporate name: Auto Chiesa SA, to offer an even more complete and integrated service to our customers. Our commitment to innovation and quality continues: in 2013, we acquired the representation of the Mazda brand, and in 2018, we further expanded our offering with the Peugeot brand, alongside Citroën.

Today, Auto Chiesa SA is the result of a long family tradition and a constant commitment to providing modern and reliable solutions for every automotive need. With decades of experience behind us and a vision always focused on the future, we are here to ensure the best in service, quality, and innovation.

Auto Chiesa follows all holidays in Canton Ticino and national holidays. On Saturdays we are open for sales only; no workshop appointments or repairs are made. We are closed on Saturdays and the first week of August.
