Welcome to the bakery. Here, everything revolves around dough. Whether bread, croissants, Spitzbuben cookies, or other delicacies, everything is made by hand. We place great importance on using the best ingredients and gentle processing methods. Our dough is allowed to "develop" over several hours.

 

In addition to classic large loaves, our bakers produce a variety of "delicious" specialty breads.In our bread "schedule," you can see when your favorite bread will be available in the store.

At night, when most of us are still dreaming, our bakery begins to fill with life. The bakers shape loaves from dough that was prepared the day before. There is a bustle of activity and soon the large oven is filled with crispy loaves. Now the master bakers turn their attention to the "smaller" baked goods. Croissants, rolls, and other breakfast classics find their way into the oven.
