At the head of a family estate with 500 years of history, I now farm 3.5 hectares located in the St-Saphorin and Dézaley Grand Cru Appellations.

Seeking to develop my style and highlight different terroirs and microclimates, I'm also moving into oak barrel vinification and varietal blending. My high-end wines have acquired an international reputation, notably through the gold and silver medals collected in international competitions recognized by the OIV (Office International du Vin in Paris)

My 2 chasselas from St-Saphorin "Tradition", and Dézaley grand cru "Sur les Abbayes ®" are nevertheless pure traditional Lavaux products, in keeping with the image and reputation of the region.
