Even in old age, an active and self-determined life is a valuable quality that we want to enable our residents to enjoy every day. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we are constantly modernizing our services and infrastructure. This includes our new rollator- and wheelchair-accessible Kneipp facility and the protected outdoor area for people with dementia.

Our modern one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments for couples offer contemporary care, infrastructure, and living comfort, as well as a wonderful view of Lake Constance, the Alpstein mountains, and our well-maintained park.

It goes without saying that residents can furnish their rooms according to their own taste. Because Haus Holzenstein should be a real "home" for everyone.

Incidentally, everyday living and household tasks – such as cleaning, laundry, and meals – are always included in our services.

The Konsumhof senior center, located in the heart of Romanshorn, is also part of the cooperative.

Konsumhof offers comfortable, senior-friendly apartments and a Spitex location directly in the building. The immediate proximity to the train station, various shopping facilities, and the lake further enhance the beautiful quality of life and living. Residents also have access to a common room, which is used for regular tenant gatherings.
