Having always been passionate about cooking, Fabrizio Scoppettuolo decided to change his life and devote himself to it in 2015 after earning the Cantonal Diploma of Manager/Coffee Chef and the Cantonal Diploma of Pizza Chef. With great passion and commitment, he has managed to have his own home since 2017, his lifelong dream, later also earning a diploma as a chef. Chef Fabrizio's dishes always reflect a respect for quality raw materials and a love for cooking them; the long cooking times allow for succulent and melting meats, and the sauces are his strong point with a well-established imprint of his origins.
Epicurian and passionate, Monica decided from the beginning to accompany her husband in this adventure. Reconciling her work as a Nurse with the various activities of the restaurant, she obtained, in 2024, the ASSP Sommelier Diploma. Monica's passion, drives her, with her smile, to always offer good service to loyal customers making them feel at home. The wine list, which is constantly evolving, offers, for the most part, wines from Ticino winemakers with foreign goodies and more and more Spanish wines as a tribute to its origins.
