All suppliers of "Sass Caffe" are called upon to maintain the high level of what they supplyand their proven experience and expertise allow for fresh,seasonal and quality raw materials.
We restaurateurs must never forget the customer,when he crosses the threshold of our premises he establishes a relationship of total trust with us.
The customer of course,on the basis of what is offered to him,will express his judgment:he may appreciate or despise our work.In other words,he will assess whether the trust he had placed in the restaurant is being betrayed or respected.
And betraying the trust relationship with the customer is the biggest mistake a restaurateur can make, as it damages not only himself but the entire category.
