Technology has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I repaired my family and neighbors' computers, set up devices and found a solution to every technical problem.

After training as an IT systems administrator, I was able to turn my passion into a career - and spent many years working internationally for a wide range of companies and industries. I experienced how different the challenges in everyday IT work can be and how important it is that technology simply works.
