I have been fascinated by technology for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I repaired my family's and neighbors' computers, set up devices, and found solutions to every technical problem.

After completing my training as an IT systems administrator, I was able to turn my passion into my profession—and spent many years working internationally for a wide variety of companies and industries. I have experienced how varied the challenges of everyday IT can be and how important it is for technology to simply work.
