Sustainable and regional enjoyment
Martial Kastner's cooking style is based on classic French cuisine, inspired by cuisines from different regions and cultures. Sustainability, regionality and the responsible use of food are important cornerstones of his work.
Sustainability is important to us. We prefer animal products from species-appropriate husbandry, use seasonal produce from local farms and strive to treat our environment with care.
Regionality is a priority in our purchasing. Where possible, we give preference to local producers and suppliers, from vegetables to meat and beer.
We combat food waste by being mindful when storing food, processing products as holistically as possible, adjusting portions and offering our guests the opportunity to take home dishes that they don't want to finish.

In the former living rooms, we celebrate classic French cuisine inspired by dishes and spices from all over the world. You can choose a fine wine to go with it in our wine cellar.

Seminars & banquets at the Villa Winzerpark
Villa Winzerpark offers various rooms for seminars, events or banquets. The garden hall can accommodate 40 people, the 3 lounges on the upper floor can accommodate 5, 14 and 20 people, and the wine cellar is suitable for aperitifs for up to 40 guests.
Seminar packages
Our attractive seminar packages offer you simplified planning and cost certainty. They can be extended as required, for example with an additional dinner in the park, an aperitif in the bar or a wine tasting in the wine cellar.

Banquet menus
Our banquet menus take sustainability, regionality and the avoidance of food waste into account. With our classic menus, you can plan and order your event for the long term. However, you may prefer to follow the seasons and opt for one of our current offers, which are put together shortly before the season starts.
