Verena's Boutique Villa au Lac offers space for up to 12 guests. The house is equally an ideal vacation spot for families, small groups and corporate events. The guest villa has two different living areas, one of which is grouped around the charming tiled stove and furnished with a cozy armchair and comfortable sofa . The hostess enjoys spoiling her guests with an inviting breakfast buffet, an apero riche or a multi-course dinner.

The location
Sachseln is located halfway between Lucerne and Interlaken, on Lake Sarnen, which is nestled between unspoilt slopes and snow-capped mountains. The Sarneraa valley stretches from the Brünig Pass to the Lopper on Lake Lucerne. It is connected to the national highway network (A8) and the railroad network (e.g. Zentralbahn).

The surrounding area
Verena's Boutique Villa au Lac is located next to Sachseln railroad station. A small park surrounds the stately house. Directly next to the house is a public parking lot (subject to charge), a charging station for electric cars, a Mobility Car-Sharing car and the MS Seestern boat landing stage. A publicly accessible sunbathing/bathing lawn on the lake is 100 meters away, and stores can be found on Bahnhofstrasse and at the village square within walking distance.

The guest house
The stately house with almost 100 years of history offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2019. As you enter, your gaze is drawn to the historic wooden staircase that connects all floors of the house. On the mezzanine floor is the breakfast room and lounge with access to the garden. On the two floors above are 6 guest rooms with 2 spacious bathrooms and an additional guest WC. The library with access to the balcony offers privacy for working, reading or simply relaxing. In the sous-sol is the home theater and the house bar with chilled drinks and snacks. A small conference room with state-of-the-art presentation technology is available for meetings, workshops or company events. The gazebo completes the offer, for example to enjoy breakfast or read a book in the pleasant shade during the warm season.
