Flat roofs have become firmly established in architecture thanks to ecological and economic requirements and are now very popular in new buildings.

There are also various sealing options for flat roofs.

Facade construction

There are basically two types of facades: rear-ventilated facades and compact facades.

Depending on the facade or building type, it is important to choose the right insulation or the right facade model.

There are also various materials available for exterior cladding.

With compact facades, the plaster is applied directly to the insulation.

In rear-ventilated facades, a slatted frame is placed on top of the insulation, followed by the covering material. Examples include Eternit, sheet metal, wood, or natural slate.

Thermal insulation

Thermal insulation is an important component in the construction of the building envelope (pitched roof, flat roof, or facade). Clean installation and correct dimensioning of the thermal insulation create a comfortable and pleasant living environment.

Furthermore, heating costs can be drastically reduced.

The sub-roof (second roof covering under the roofing material) protects the building and the installed thermal insulation from flying snow, rainwater penetrating through defective roofing material, and backflow water, and serves as weather protection during construction work.

At the same time, depending on the design, porous tempered wood fiber boards can achieve better insulation values, sound insulation, and summer heat protection.

We also offer thorough roof cleaning as part of our roof maintenance service. We use the product "Abbamousses" from Promosan, which protects, maintains, and preserves the value of the roof covering. The product is sprayed over the entire surface to permanently remove algae, moss, and lichen.
