Since 1955, we have been producing natural air-dried meat specialties of the highest quality in Segnas using methods that are as natural as possible. We place particular emphasis on taste and digestibility: we allow our specialties time to mature and do not use any flavor enhancers, lactose, gluten, or allergens in their production.
