Depending on your personal expectations, I choose the most appropriate techniques to help you regain balance and well-being. I pay particular attention to listening to you and accompany you to the best of my knowledge and ability to help you overcome your current difficulties.
Here are the techniques I use in my Kundaria practice in Sion:
Western techniques:
Massage-rebouteux
This ancient manual technique used by traditional bone setters is used to release tension in the tendons and muscles, regulate organ function, and harmonize the relationships between them. It also includes certain joint manipulations that are completely safe and harmless to the patient.
Atlas repositioning according to the Atlasprovita method
This gentle, non-invasive treatment technique, which does not involve any cracking, was developed following several years of study and practice of other treatments. No machines are used in the Atlasprovita method that I use. I loosen up the entire back of the neck with an oil massage and realign the atlas with gradual pressure.
Leeches (hirudotherapy)
This is a local bloodletting treatment using leeches (like small snails). Leeches secrete proteins, hirudin and heparin, which have various therapeutic effects: blood stimulation, natural antibiotic,
vasodilation, pain relief, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant. The benefits of leeches are mainly due to their secretions and can relieve conditions such as
- joint pain (osteoarthritis, rheumatism, back pain, discopathy, herniated discs), tendinitis, Suddeck's disease
- muscle pain: cramps, spasms, muscle tears
- circulatory disorders: varicose veins (they do not make existing varicose veins disappear but can prevent new ones from forming), phlebitis, Raynaud's disease, hypertension, apoplexy
- Post-operative conditions: painful scars, tissue grafts, surgery
Needle-free energy therapies (osteofluidic)
Osteofluidic therapy is an energy-based treatment technique that treats the human being as a whole, physically, energetically, and emotionally. It detects and treats the root causes of problems, where emotions, wounds, limiting beliefs, and memories are stored. These are stored in our bodies: bones, organs, glands, nerves, fascia, bone marrow, nerve cells, DNA, the brain... and their energy systems.
These wounds manifest themselves in our lives through our choices, sometimes non-choices, and an altered perception of reality, in what we feed and what feeds us (anger, fears, doubts, powerlessness ≠ love, joy, peace, freedom). An osteofluidic treatment session allows the patient to better understand the source of their discomfort (physical or emotional) and, above all, to provide concrete solutions (actions in their daily life or a more positive outlook on the situation).
More than a technique, it is a philosophy of life that allows us to open ourselves up to a path of evolution!
Pregn ancy support
Pregnancy is a very special time for women. It should be a harmonious experience. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be difficult, and various pains may arise.
Daria offers support throughout these fantastic months to make them as pleasant as possible. Before and after giving birth, a fitness program awaits you.
NAET - allergies
NAET, Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques, is a unique method that allows allergy sufferers to lead a normal life again without fear of allergies. In the case of food allergies, for example, once the method has been applied, it is no longer necessary to follow restrictive diets. Foods that previously triggered reactions that were simply annoying or even sometimes very violent can now often be eaten without any problems. The principle is similar for all other causes of allergies.
Psycho-kinesiology
Psycho-kinesiology helps us understand the link between thoughts, emotions, and the physical body. It is an ideal way to work on ourselves to understand the origin of our physical ailments, our attitudes, our reactions, or repetitive emotional states in response to events.
Our multiple emotional reactions to the ups and downs of life and our repetitive negative thoughts can manifest themselves in the form of acute or chronic illnesses, relationship difficulties with our partner, children, at work, or with friends.
How can I regain well-being, health, and good relationships? How can I improve my quality of life, that of my family, and those around me, whether in terms of health or relationships? Psycho-kinesiology offers solutions.
Chinese techniques:
Acupuncture
An ancient Chinese technique, it is based on the principle of harmonizing the energies between the body and nature. A state of perfect balance between Yin and Yang is considered to be perfect health. But in our daily lives, the balance between these two forces tends to lean more or less to one side or the other. This disharmony is a source of ailments. Acupuncture is therefore ideal for restoring this lost energy balance and thereby regaining good health.
Acupuncture can be used preventively or therapeutically to treat conditions such as headaches, dizziness, insomnia, mild depression, fatigue, stress, emotional distress, myopia (for children under 15), palpitations, anxiety, chest tightness, respiratory problems (asthma, cough, chronic sinusitis), digestive problems (nausea, stomach ache, regurgitation, hiccups, bad breath, etc.), constipation, diarrhea, cholesterol, certain allergies, obesity (weight loss program), urinary problems (incontinence in the elderly, bladder infection), gynecological problems (painful or irregular periods, vaginal discharge) and other related symptoms (breast tenderness, rib pain, mood swings before periods), during pregnancy (poor fetal positioning, lack of breast milk), menopause-related problems (hot flashes, profuse sweating, mood swings, etc.), sexual problems (impotence, spermatorrhea, certain types of infertility), smoking cessation, problems related to the musculoskeletal system: neck, back, and lower back pain, hernia, sciatica, etc., joint pain: shoulders, elbows, knees, etc., various types of pain that move around
Chinese herbal medicine
This treatment using plants of Chinese origin is used in conjunction with acupuncture, which allows for faster and more effective clinical results. Phytotherapy is a form of medical treatment based on the use of Chinese plants.
Tuina massage
This type of Chinese massage is particularly suitable for muscle and joint pain. It perfectly complements acupuncture sessions. It is performed directly on the clothes (without oil). The aim is to reach the deep layers of the muscles and tissues, release tension and restore good energy and blood circulation.
This massage can also be used preventively (once or twice a month), as in addition to relaxing the muscle layer, it regulates the energy function of the organs.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a technique that stimulates acupuncture points or certain other parts of the body with the heat of mugwort tinder. Its purpose is to treat or prevent certain diseases.
Cupping
These are widely used in China and almost always accompany acupuncture and moxibustion treatments for pain (rheumatic pain, muscle spasms, etc.).
The desired effect is:
- to expel pathogenic energies (wind, cold, dampness, heat) that have settled in the meridians and are hindering the free circulation of blood and energy, which causes pain in Chinese medicine.
- to restore energy circulation in the meridians
- to release muscle tension
Chinese cupping is part of the therapeutic arsenal in the same way as acupuncture or moxibustion... It can be used during a session and is mainly used to treat:
- respiratory conditions: colds, flu, and other illnesses caused or aggravated by three external factors: wind, rain, and cold.
- Muscle tension: aggravated by a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet.
I offer cupping classes in Sion. See my website: www.kundaria.ch
Guasha
Gua Sha 刮痧. "Gua 刮" means "to scrape, to rub" and "Sha 痧" means "sand." Gua Sha involves "scraping" the back or any other part of the body with a tongue made of ox horn, wood, or metal for a few minutes. Gua Sha is a detoxification technique. Its principle is to seek out "toxins" deep within the body (at the level of the disease) and bring them to the surface to be released. It can be used in conjunction with other TCM techniques, such as acupuncture and herbal medicine. Once considered a popular technique (similar to cupping used by our ancestors), it has since become an integral part of Chinese medicine treatment techniques.
I offer Guasha classes in Lausanne with Mr. Antoine Wegmüller. See my website www.kundaria.ch
