My method

Consider each patient as a whole, inscribed in a holistic approach. Naturopathy, or traditional European medicine, brings together most complementary medicine techniques, combined to support, maintain and restore health in everyday life or during acute or chronic illness.

It also helps to combat alterations in health, through the regulation of the body's natural resources by integrating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.

My training to introduce me to the federal diploma of naturopath, which includes in particular a solid apprenticeship in academic medicine, allows for personalized follow-up, taking into account the medical background and specificities of each individual.

As part of my practice, it's vital for me to enable everyone to understand. Understanding how the human body works, allows us to understand our own functioning and to identify beneficial factors, those that are not and those that we believe to be beneficial. Understanding also means learning to listen to ourselves, to make the link between our body and our mind.
