A high-quality product for versatile dishes

Fresh, first-class raw produce from Italy is the basis for our high-quality marron purée. The unique processing of the fresh chestnuts gives the product its unmistakably intense chestnut flavor. As soon as the first chestnuts fall from the trees in the fall, we start production. The fresh chestnut purée (shelf life: 2 weeks) is only available during the chestnut season from October to January. A small part of the production is frozen so that we can also supply our customers with marron purée outside of the chestnut harvest period.
