Farm shop – experience regional freshness up close

After intensive preparations and with great joy, we were able to open our farm shop in April 2014. You can buy our lovingly produced vegetables directly from the farm and fruit from the region in a friendly atmosphere. In addition to our own products, you can also purchase delicacies from other regional vegetable producers and other suppliers. We are happy to serve you and advise you on the quality and origin of the products on offer.

Our organic farm

Since 2013, Thomas Etter, owner of our subsidiary farm, has been producing crops on 12 hectares of land in accordance with strict organic standards. We currently produce the following products in accordance with organic farming standards:

Beans, red chicory, carrots, beetroot, celery, wheat, white cabbage, sugar loaf

 

Suisse Garantie – sustainable production

We produce our products on around 30 hectares of open land and 4 hectares of greenhouse space in accordance with the strict and sustainable rules of SUISSE GARANTIE. Sustainable production is particularly important to us. We take care of our natural environment and the nutrient-rich soil of the Grosses Moos. These are our most important raw materials.

Our products: tomatoes, cucumbers, lamb's lettuce under glass, beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, various types of lettuce, fennel, cabbage, carrots, lamb's lettuce, beetroot, celery

In addition to our farm, the Three Lakes Region offers many other attractions. How about a bike tour or a boat trip followed by a visit to our farm? On request, we can also organize a delicious aperitif with a variety of regional delicacies. Of course, tasting our various tomato products is a must.
