Unfreundliches Personal. War mit meiner Muuter dort, die eine Schiene für den Finger brauchte. Schon nur bei der Begleitung zum Warteraum hat sie uns nicht einmal angesprochen und uns erklärt wie es weiter geht. Die Dame lass uns einfach im Raum ohne uns zu informieren. Danach kam eine andere Dame, die jedoch auch unfreundlich war. Immer schaute sie komisch zu uns. Auch hatte sie irgendwelche Berührungsängste und konnte den Finger meiner Mutter kaum anfassen. Tiamo, unser Collie, kann ohne Einschränkung normal gehen.

Tiamos Sprunggelenk ist mit der Orthese soweit stabilisiert, dass er wieder normal gehen, laufen und sogar springen kann. Herzlichen Dank für eure Hilfe!
