WHAT IS IES5

It is the answer to the individual's or company's need to understand and measure through the 2 tests  soft skills  (soft skills ) in the one to one (face to face) and one to many ( with others/different) relationship in social or professional contexts.

The result of this obtainable measurement, allows one to know the asset dimensions of interpersonal skills and thus identify strengths and areas for improvement both in personal contexts and in the professional role.
