Individual counseling

Whether you are experiencing a life crisis, difficulties in your professional or private life or recurring stressful issues: In individual counseling, you can tell me anything you want and I will respond to your concerns with empathy, care and understanding. You are the expert on your life, which is out of balance, and through the consultation you will recognize new possibilities for action in crises. You gain insights to change your life towards more self-esteem, self-confidence, healthy self-love, lightness and joy.

Marriage and couples counseling

Understanding your partner and yourself better, getting to know and accept each other's needs and communicating in a benevolent way are three of the foundations for an easier and more fulfilling love relationship. When everyday life at work, in the relationship and in the family takes over, couples often lose sight of these principles and of themselves. As a couple and also as an individual, you will recognize in the course of the consultation what your parts are and where the causes of many difficulties and misunderstandings come from. I advise you on the path through emotions to a stronger "we as a couple", where everyone is allowed to show and live their own needs and receive understanding and recognition from their partner.

Family counseling

Family counseling leads to a new togetherness, promotes mutual understanding and strengthens family cohesion. Despite fundamental love, a family with children, young people and parents can sometimes fall apart at the seams due to the ever-increasing demands of school and work.

The existing strengths and abilities of each individual are put to better use, communication is improved and order is brought to the family system. I advise children and young people sensitively and empathetically using age-appropriate methods.

Transformation session

The principles of transformation according to Robert Betz are recognizing the body sensations under which feelings are hidden that want to be accepted. Negative thoughts become beliefs (usually unconsciously created in childhood and adolescence) and strategies that drive and at the same time inhibit people. In sessions, usually with the inner child, various stressful issues and patterns are uncovered, clarified, redeemed and transformed into joy, freedom, healthy self-love, lightness and a contented way of life. Almost without exception, every topic is suitable for the transformation session (the trance - hypnosis brings about the resolution of developmental traumas).

Mediation

Mediation means the mediation of two opinions and positions between at least two people. Mediation is based on a structured, constructive, collaborative approach. It is a way of resolving differences of opinion, disputes or conflicts together in a sustainable way.

Principles of mediation: impartiality, forward-looking, open-ended, transparent and accountable. The aim is to reach an agreement that can be supported by all mediating parties.
