Are you wondering whether you drink too much or too often and are therefore endangering your health or perhaps have an addiction problem? Or are you worried as a relative about the addictive consumption of someone close to you?

We at the Blue Cross St. Gallen-Appenzell are a specialist organization for addiction help and the first point of contact on the subject of alcohol and alcoholism. We are committed to helping people who are affected by alcohol addiction and are looking for help. With a wide range of counseling and support services, we accompany those affected, their partners and children as well as loved ones on their way out of addiction. We attach great importance to a safe and supportive environment in which you can talk openly about your problems.
