Are you wondering whether you drink too much or too often, putting your health at risk, or perhaps have an addiction problem? Or are you a relative who is concerned about a loved one's substance abuse?

We at Blue Cross St. Gallen-Appenzell are a specialist organization for addiction support and the first point of contact for issues relating to alcohol and alcoholism. We are committed to helping people who are affected by alcohol addiction and are seeking help. With a wide range of counseling and support services, we accompany those affected, their partners, children, and loved ones on their journey out of addiction. We attach great importance to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can talk openly about your problems.

• Counseling on issues related to alcohol and addiction

• Individual, couple, and family counseling

• Specific counseling for women and families

• Expert counseling for FiaZ requirements (driving under the influence)

• Home visits if required
