I studied theoretical physics at the University of Innsbruck, specializing in quantum optics. During my diploma thesis and dissertation, I worked intensively on the laser cooling of atoms and published several articles in internationally recognized journals.

I have been working before the European Patent Office since 2005 and as an Austrian patent attorney since 2007. I am also admitted as a representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
