TINNING WORK

In our modern building tinsmith's workshop, we carry out all tinsmith work on detached houses and apartment buildings.
We specialize in simple work such as guttering, downpipes, chimney surrounds and roof superstructures, but also in more demanding metal roofs. We can bend sheets up to 6 m long and max. 4 mm thick.

FLACHDACH

Do you have roof damage? Weiss AG seals everything.

We carry out flat roofs made of plastic sheeting or bituminous waterproofing. We solve detailed waterproofing, plinths or door and window connections with liquid plastic. We provide you with a protective and wear layer of gravel, garden slabs, wooden grating or greenery. We advise and plan for you, whether renovation or new construction.

Roof inspection required? Have your flat roof checked regularly by our specialists.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION

So you can enjoy every thunderstorm - lightning protection system from Weiss AG

For your building safety, we install the external lightning protection system in accordance with the SEV standard. The lightning is conducted into the ground by wires and metal parts via interception cables, down conductors and earthing.

Reliable planning is required here before construction begins.

FACADES

The weather is getting more and more extreme - and so is the facade

The facade is a representative part of a building. It protects against external influences such as cold, heat, snow and rain, but also against small intruders. We install façades on roof structures, residential buildings and industrial buildings, including the necessary insulation and substructures. With various profiles, mounting orientations and colors, we achieve a modern and low-maintenance building envelope.

FIREPLACE CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION

Better to renovate than to repair everything after damage.

Fireplaces can be clad with metal outdoors, while lightweight shafts or chimney stones must be used inside the building. Chrome steel chimneys are fitted with fire protection insulation, while plastic flue gas systems (PPH or PVDF) are installed with rear ventilation. We can also connect the chimney to the boiler or stove professionally and promptly.

We plan and install chimney systems or renovate your chimney in accordance with the regulations of the Vkf
(Association of Cantonal Fire Insurers) and the SKAV (Swiss Chimney and Flue Gas Piping Association).

Where twenty years ago the bathroom was merely a means to an end and the room area was chosen to be correspondingly small, the bathroom has now taken on an increasingly important role.

What could be nicer than starting the day in a bright, spacious bathroom equipped with attractive appliances and tiles, or ending a hard day's work in a bubble bath or under a refreshing rain shower?

But the entire sanitary installation, from the water distribution, often with a softening system, the water heater (why not combine it with a solar system) and the entire waste water disposal system, also requires ever greater expertise and demands in terms of technology and materials. Consulting a plumbing specialist at an early stage definitely pays off.
