Description
Eppis Güot from the Valais!
We cultivate four hectares of vines in various plots from Vispertal to Varen and press the resulting grapes into traditional Valais varieties as well as rarities and unique wines. The winery in Turtmann is ideally located for this; the famous vineyards of Visperterminen are just thirty kilometers away to the east and the sunny vineyards of Varens to the west.
Simply sustainable - thanks to Piwi vines
As winegrowers, we work in and with nature all year round. Sustainability in dealing with flora and fauna is therefore our top priority.
Our plots are cultivated according to the guidelines of integrated production (IP) and the Vitival regulations. All our vineyards are grassed and we do not use weedkillers. We only treat our traditional vines with organic products.
We are also the driving force in Valais when it comes to natural viticulture with fungus-resistant grape varieties. These relatively unknown grape varieties allow us to produce organic grapes without the use of pesticides!
