Zu meiner Geschichte. Ich heisse Vincenzo Gatto und bin ein italienischer Küchenchef mit 30 jährigen Erfahrung in der Gastronomie. Ich arbeitete in vielen
namenswerten italienischen Restaurants in Italien und der Schweiz.
Mit dem Ristorante "Al solito Posto" in Uetikon am See erfüllte ich mir einen lang ersehnten Wunsch: Ein eigenes Restaurant.
