Thanks to its technique, food no longer has to be turned, so you have more time for your customers.
Thanks to its vertical grilling technique, it gives off little smoke and the grease runs into a tray. The gas burns at 1400° without giving off any gas odors. Its capacity is around 150 sausages per hour, depending on the size of the sausages. The wheel, like the gas burners, is adjustable. Food is hot on the inside and brown/golden on the outside. This grill uses very little gas. Suitable for sausages, steaks, vegetables and hamburgers.
