For us, it is essential to offer you the best quality, which is why we only sell homemade products.

Whether it's beef, pork, horse meat, or poultry, we pay the utmost attention to the selection of our meats. Thanks to our close relationship with local farmers, we choose the best animals ourselves in order to offer you the best meat and the finest cuts. That's why we are proud to be certified Suisse Garantie, a true recognition of the quality of our work.

Our charcuterie is also made on site by us, following traditional, artisanal production methods. We offer traditional charcuterie as well as Vaud charcuterie such as IGP cabbage sausage and IGP Vaud sausage. Finally, we have a selection of dry sausages for aperitifs, terrines, and pâtés.

Catering service and orders

Weddings, birthdays, parties, get-togethers with friends, professional events, family reunions... whatever the occasion, Boucherie M. Wyler delivers delicious food directly to you thanks to its catering service.

All orders can also be picked up on site at the butcher's shop. Please note: we only take orders for a minimum of 20 people and we do not provide on-site service at the event.
