For us, it's essential to offer you the best quality, and that's why we offer exclusively homemade.

Whether beef, pork, horse or poultry: we pay the utmost attention to the selection of our meats. Thanks to our privileged contact with local breeders, we choose the best animals directly in order to offer you the best meat and the finest cuts. That's why we're proud to bear the Suisse garantie label, a true recognition of the seriousness of our work.

The charcuterie is also made on site and by us according to the rules of homemade and artisanal production. We offer traditional charcuterie as well as Vaudois charcuterie such as IGP cabbage sausage and IGP Vaudois sausage. Finally, we have an assortment of dry sausages for aperitifs, terrines and pâtés.

Catering service and orders

Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, get-togethers with friends, business events, family reunions... whatever the event, Boucherie M. Wyler delivers delicious preparations directly to you thanks to its catering service.

All orders can also be picked up on site at the butcher's shop. Please note: we only take orders for a minimum of 20 people and we do not provide on-site service at the event.
