Eating according to VivaBene! should be fun, enjoyable and provide the body with the nutrients it needs. A balanced ratio of the food groups protein, carbohydrates, fruit, vegetables, high-quality oils/fats and sufficient fluids lead to physical well-being and pave the way to your desired weight. There should be no bans, because everything is a question of moderation, i.e. quantity and frequency.

 We all breathe day in, day out. From birth to death, we need to breathe. As long as breathing works, we hardly notice it and take it for granted. But if we take a closer look at breathing, we realize that it is not at all self-evident that we can breathe effortlessly.

With targeted training of the respiratory muscles, the efficiency of breathing can be increased enormously, thereby improving both performance and the ability to recover.

This has a positive effect on our quality of life, whether in everyday situations such as climbing stairs, hiking or cycling or when playing sports, making music or singing, in firefighting operations, etc.

Many people have had good experiences with breathing training for snoring or sleep apnoea, back pain or breathing problems such as asthma, COPD or, most recently, Long Covid.
