Repétitoire et Tutorat Services Genève (RTSGe) is an institute specializing in private and semi-private lessons for children, teenagers and adults in the Canton of Geneva and the surrounding area.

Our history and mission

Our institute was created in 2009 following a long reflection between an independent teacher (Miguel Martinez) and some of his former students. Indeed, we had observed that our society was becoming increasingly demanding and competitive for young and old alike. Consequently, education and training remain an essential pillar for understanding our world.

However, when learning difficulties arise, it's sometimes laborious to find competent help in a given subject. Particularly when it's a demanding or particularly specialized subject whose trainers are rare to spot.

This is why we've created a new approach.

That's why we created RTSGe, to satisfy a growing demand from both parents of students and young adults experiencing difficulties during their studies. Our main aim is to put the right people in touch with each other, by selecting the best teachers in our region and facilitating the exchange of information. In this way, our institute offers a wide range of private tuition throughout the canton of Geneva but also in the surrounding area.

Quality courses taught by education and training professionals

 Our pedagogical team is made up of around fifteen repeaters and tutors with great pedagogical skills and significant experience in transmitting knowledge. As a result, the quality of our courses lies essentially in the human capital of our staff, which is why we take particular care in selecting our trainers. To do this, we carry out three interviews to assess both their training and their teaching experience, as well as evaluating their pedagogical, interpersonal and adaptability skills.

Thus, we offer pedagogical assistance to a varied public such as pupils encountering difficulties at school or dropping out, but also young students or apprentices with a lack of motivation or work methods. In addition, we also offer our services to adults in training or wishing to broaden their knowledge, or anyone wishing to discover a new field.

• Facilitate learning following a clear definition of the student's level and needs through quality accompaniment ;
• Foster both access to knowledge and the development of students' autonomy in their learning ;
• Evaluate and inform on the adequacy between learning techniques deployed during courses and targeted objectives ;
• Develop a relationship of trust with the student and encourage dialogue to improve course effectiveness.

Finally, before any financial commitment on the part of our learners, we offer the possibility of a 60-minute trial lesson, provided by us, with the teachers who would best match the course agent's criteria. Indeed, our philosophy is to create a strong pedagogical bond between the student and the chosen trainer. To this end, we try to carefully study all course requests with a view to optimally meeting everyone's expectations.
