The "Chantevigne" winery is a small, family-run winery founded in 1984 by Raphaël Vergère. Then aged 26 and a recent graduate of the École Supérieure de Viticulture et d'Œnologie de Changins.

After taking over the family estate of around two hectares, he also rented vines and now farms five hectares.

Raphaël, who is also a nurseryman, is one of the last 6 active nurserymen in Valais. His efforts are dedicated to maintaining native grape varieties in the Valais vineyards.

The winery's vineyards are located entirely in the commune of Vétroz, whose superbly exposed slopes are exclusively of the first zone.

The winery is located at rue Conthey N° 25 in Vétroz. Raphaël can receive up to 15 guests daily by appointment in his very friendly and welcoming carnotzet.
