École de danse Neptune

L'école de danse Neptune was founded in 2003. It is run by Vanessa Costanzo, who passes on her genuine love of teaching day after day. The school supports dance education. Its membership has grown from 40 to 370. They are admitted from the age of 3 and share classes in a spirit of respect for each other, joy, good humor and creativity.

The Neptune school promotes the creation of events through workshops with well-known and specialized people from the world of dance from all over Europe. The school also organizes local events, shows, street entertainment, support for humanitarian causes, etc.

ACTIVITIES

The mission of the Neptune school is to provide a meeting place for artists passionate about dance and the performing arts in general. We teach Hip Hop dance mainly, but also Dancehall, Break dance, Afro House, Abstract, Contemporary, Pole dance, Pole Flow and Sport, Commercial Hip Hop, Girly Style, Heels, Personal development, Jazz, Commercial and old school.

School Neptune has 16 teachers and 1 qualified substitute. Teachers are certified in their respective disciplines.

Once a year, the school stages its students, giving them the opportunity to present their work and gain stage experience.

Courses and workshops are organized during school vacations and weekends, to enable outsiders to come and try out the disciplines taught at Neptune for a few days.

The school takes part in Swiss and international Hip Hop championships. Students take part in solo, duo and group competitions, achieving excellent results. 

Title: Swiss Champion 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2022, 2023, 2024 Championes romandes, championnes et vices championnes vaudoises.

Participation: European and World Championships in Holland, Poland, Macedonia and Las Vegas in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2016, 2022, 2023, 2024.

In 2017 and 2024 4th place at the IDO modern show dance/jazz championships.

3rd Switzerland in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Cie de Neptune: The "arTmatic" Company is the company of the Neptune dance school that mixes all the disciplines that Neptune offers.

Neptune works in conjunction with Vanessa Costanzo's artistic movement femmesproject  and her company The Neptunes Company.

The company develops its creations through videos with distinct themes. Escape guaranteed.
