DENTAL WHITENING

A bright smile is a true beauty criterion. The natural color of teeth fades with the years or certain foods. Superficial stains (tea, coffee, cigarettes) can be removed with a good polish. Deeper discoloration requires professional treatment. Patients can opt for an outpatient technique using custom-made gutters into which a lightening gel is placed (Home-bleaching) or bleaching carried out directly in the dental office (In-office bleaching) using highly concentrated active ingredients activated by UV rays (soft laser).          

When major aesthetic changes are envisaged, a complete aesthetic analysis should be carried out beforehand, taking into account not only the shape and shade of the teeth, but also the gums, lips and, more broadly, the face as a whole. The aim is to create a harmonious smile adapted to the patient and not stereotyped.

Dr. Mozziconacci is a certified practitioner Inman Aligner and ClearSmile Aligner, techniques widely recognized in Anglo-Saxon countries.

The Inman aligner is an appliance that is not attached to the teeth and can therefore be removed to eat, for example. It should be worn for at least 16 hours a day, which will enable teeth to be aligned within a few weeks. This very rapid treatment can be complemented by whitening for an even more spectacular result.
