Children need contact with children in order to develop their own social and cultural learning. The Füxli crèche provides a sense of security that adults cannot offer in the same way. We aim to support the children in their individual development processes. We offer them relationships, want to build trust and also give them a sense of security and well-being. The individual child should experience joy and security and learn to discover and understand the environment according to their needs. Children are little people who are characterized by tireless activity. They have everything they need to survive and live. In this context, it is important to realize again and again that development cannot be made. We adults do not shape the child. They do the enormous developmental work themselves and decide for themselves whether and to what extent they want to engage with their environment. Children have the will and the strength to carry out their own development through creative activity, personal initiative and active engagement with their environment. Pedagogical Manager Anna Neicovcena has the task of supporting the Füxli daycare center in quality development and advising the staff in challenging moments.
