Foot reflexology

All organs, glands and other parts of the body are located as reflexes on the feet. When the reflex zones of the feet are stimulated, this triggers involuntary reactions in those organs and glands that are associated with the respective reflexes.

Although "only" the feet are massaged, the effect is felt throughout the whole body and also produces deep, beneficial relaxation.

Foot reflexology can also be supplemented with acupressure, ear acupressure or Reiki, depending on what your body needs.
