Tradition meets innovation at the Trübli: on the one hand, sophisticated dining culture since 1785, and on the other, a young, dynamic team, which stands for creative cuisine and casual hospitality.
In the evening, the restaurant only serves the Menu Surprise.
The first three courses cost 95 francs, the vegetarian menu 80 francs.
Optionally, you can choose an extra course for 24 francs. The dessert is offered for 20 francs. Our cheese platter for 22 francs.
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making your reservation. We will not use these ingredients. We are happy to offer a wine pairing to go with the menu or at least give you a little hint as to which direction it will take.
Wine and wine cellar
For our guests we offer a comprehensive wine list with over 100 items and a focus on German wines. Our "German Wine Embassy" wine cellar stocks a wide variety of wines for every taste and every situation, exclusively from Europe. We know our winemakers personally and maintain constant contact with them.
