For 35 years now, Mette and Freddy Kaiser have been putting their skills and passion to work for the culinary well-being of their guests.
The Baden native, who grew up on Lake Constance, and the Danish woman from Odense discovered each other and their shared love for Switzerland after many years of professional experience around the world.
As managing owners of the family-run Hotel Chlosterhof in Stein am Rhein, they decided to move to Lake Zurich after selling the hotel. In their role as hosts at the "Hirschen am See" in Obermeilen, they pampered their guests for many years before returning to self-employment and now looking after your well-being as your new hosts at the Eulachpark restaurant.
Freddy Kaiser is fully committed to regional and seasonal Swiss cuisine. With his expertise, he spoils his guests with freshness and variety, but a touch of international cuisine is also a must.
His wife Mette takes care of the guests and ensures that everything runs smoothly with dedication and love.
