For 35 years now, Mette and Freddy Kaiser have been using their skills and passion for the culinary well-being of their guests

The man from Baden, who grew up on Lake Constance, and the Danish woman from Odense discovered each other and their shared love for Switzerland after many years of professional experience around the world.

As managing owners of the family business Hotel Chlosterhof in Stein am Rhein, they decided to move to Lake Zurich after selling the hotel. In their role as host couple at the "Hirschen am See" in Obermeilen, they pampered their guests for many years before becoming self-employed again and now look after your well-being as your new hosts at the Restaurant Eulachpark.

Freddy Kaiser is fully committed to Switzerland's regional and seasonal cuisine. With his know-how, he spoils his guests with freshness and variety, but with a touch of international cuisine.

His wife Mette takes care of the guests and the smooth running of the service with dedication and love.

Always on board: their sons Nicklas and Tobias, who are both in training.
