With in-office bleaching, teeth can be whitened in the dental practice. The bleaching agent (hydrogen peroxide) is activated with LED light and destroys the colorants preserved in the top layer of the tooth in an oxidation process.

Please note: Ceramic fillings, crowns and plastic fillings are not bleached.
