Description
Physiotherapy
Two spacious, enclosed treatment rooms are available for physiotherapy treatments. The training room and the entire infrastructure are also available to patients free of charge for therapy and on therapy-free days. This enables us to provide optimal support and design the rehabilitation process.

Training
We offer 72 m2 of strength and coordination training. There is also a separate room for endurance training (18 m2), two changing rooms and a shower. The training rooms are used for therapeutic purposes by patients as well as by private customers with a training subscription.
In our training, we attach great importance to intensive and individual support.
This is why our subscriptions are geared towards a training goal for 3, 6 or 12 months. To ensure that the training goal can actually be achieved, the program should be regularly reviewed and adjusted.
Strength training is often a complementary workout to everyday life or other sporting activities.
With a constantly adapted program, it is possible to prepare for the competition season, outdoor activities in summer or for garden time. Training with targeted muscle tensions, triggers structural and functional adaptations in the tissue (muscles, bones, ligaments, nerves).
These adaptations increase the resilience of the tissue and lead to an increase in performance.
Two workouts a week are enough to achieve adaptations in the tissue.- German
